Add punctuation to the Subject line when sharing articles via email

To separate "Sharing" from the article title, to have some of the words stand out a bit more, and to have it look less like spam, add a colon (:) after Sharing, and enclose via BrowZine in brackets,
eg from this: Sharing A RDF-based approach to metadata crosswalk for semantic interoperability at the data element level via BrowZine
to this: Sharing: A RDF-based approach to metadata crosswalk for semantic interoperability at the data element level (via BrowZine)

        As an extension to this feature request: it would be useful to have the "BrowZine" part of the "supported by" line in the email template hyperlinked to browzine.com, (ie "Accessed with BrowZine, supported by CSIRO.")

        Alternatively, include an additional line following that:
        Accessed with BrowZine, supported by CSIRO.
        Open BrowZine, or use the BrowZine app on your mobile device
        (and have this instance of the text hyperlinked)
