put the date of the issue in the dropdown box under "Available Issues" of a journal. If I do not remember if a journal is monthly/weekly etc. then I have no idea of Issue 2, for example, is the one I have browsed or not without actually going through it again.12 votes

Thank you! We are definitely looking at the best way to address this. For now, you can always “Open In…” to such other programs on the iPad, but we certainly see the value in doing this within the app itself. Stay tuned and we’ll update this space when we indeed are committed to this feature!
