We’ve finished adding roughly a quarter of the available titles from Erudit (including Simmel Studies) and will continue to add more in the weeks ahead.
Sage has just acquired this Open Access publisher. DOIs available but may have been metadata issues in the past (currently their journals are dead in CMS) but I bet this improves under Sage. http://www.la-press.com/1 vote

Many titles in the current JSTOR collection have already been added. We are investigating adding additional backfile content at this time.
Add more open access journals from the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Listing here: http://doaj.org. For example the Journal of Online Teaching and Learning. We've received requests for these journals from several faculty.18 votes
