Thank you! We are definitely looking at the best way to address this. For now, you can always “Open In…” to such other programs on the iPad, but we certainly see the value in doing this within the app itself. Stay tuned and we’ll update this space when we indeed are committed to this feature!

I second this idea.
This is specially useful for weekly journals. And for short news items etc. e.g. Each week Nature Science and Cell etc. have 7-8 pages each with news etc. now imagine exporting 20 pages each having small snippets of news. Each also flowing from previous page to next page.
It can be frustrating!
One way to implement it would be, 'export all newly downloaded', from one journal (or from all journals.)
This way, I go to the new issue of Nature, download what I want, export all new, and all these new articles go into one file to GoodReader.
I thus get the juice of an issue Nature, Science etc. in one file. Neat.
