Add the ability to share without requiring the user to download the paper
When using the iPad app I often I see an article title that I want to send to another colleague that is not related to my research field. It would be great to have a way to share paper with a colleague without first downloading the paper to my device.
On the iPad this could easily be achieved through right swiping the paper title with configurable sharing options available.

Enable marking a whole issue as a favourite
Many/most journals release special issues dedicated to specific topics. It would be valuable to be able to mark a whole issue as a favourite, so that I can easily return again and again until I've read or saved all articles of interest (particularly useful for those weekly journals, where it is easy to get behind). I was thinking that enabling a change of colour in the list of issues would be one way of handling this, or enabling the addition of an icon to the list of available issues, but there are probably other/better ideas.

Enable sharing of whole issue
Provide a means of sharing a link to an issue.
Currently, BrowZine makes it very easy to share individual articles, but in the iPad app, I can't currently see a way to share a link to a whole issue (apologies if I've missed this). This would support a range of a library's current awareness services.

Add the option to display one, two, three or four shelves in the My Bookshelf bookcases
For example, if only two shelves were displayed, then the journal cover images could be enlarged to fill the space.
