add the ability to create a placeholder for non-BrowZine journals.

Add a way for users to add a non-BrowZine compatible journal to their bookshelf and link it to the journal website, library A-to-Z list or other location.

    This would be a helpful feature. Even if I don't have immediate access to the articles, it still keeps my notifications in one place and I can use ILL, unpaywall, etc. to get any article I need.
