Provide support for searching for titles by abbreviation

Many users are familiar with standard abbreviations for their titles, so allowing the search to be able to translate these abbreviations into relevant titles would be helpful to them.

    It would be great if you could incorporate the NLM Med abbreviations for medical journals.
