It would be helpful to enable UK/Australian English spelling for users in those countries. Either automatically assign spelling based on customer location, or allow users to choose which spelling variant they would like to see. That would primarily be for spelling in subject areas e.g., for a medical library, using the US spelling a subject is "pediatrics" whereas in the UK, Australia etc. the spelling is "paediatrics".
