Exporting to Zotero on iOS

To export an article from BrowZine to Zotero, tap the icon shown in the top right corner after you've downloaded an article. This will display some options including exporting to Zotero.

If you have not exported an article from BrowZine to Zotero before, you'll need to login with your Zotero account and grant BrowZine permission to access your account. After completing these steps you should see a small popup indicating the article was sent to Zotero successfully. Your login will be remembered for a period of time and future articles you export should only need you to tap the option shown above.

Resetting Your Zotero Login on iOS

If your Zotero account changes or if you're having problems with BrowZine exporting articles to it, it may be helpful to log out of your Zotero account and back in. To do this, tap the "Settings" option and look under "Citation Services." You should see a list of all citation services you are currently logged into.

Tapping any of the options shown will have BrowZine delete your saved login information for that service. The next time you attempt to export a citation to it, you will go through the same process as your first attempt and be prompted to login.

Other Common Questions/Issues

I see some citation management options offered but not Zotero.

Please contact support@thirdiron.com to let us know! We occasionally show/hide certain services and it is possible Zotero may be inadvertently hidden for you.
