It would be great if you could allow support for HTML tags in the Message box of the rule.
It can be done by inserting HTML tags to the text or adding a Formatting toolbar.

Agreed. Our use case would be for a resource where we have current access in one place and backfiles in another, and would want to direct the user to their choice of the two.

We'd like this as well to support the inclusion of a second link within the Message box.
