Be able to choose to remove Nomad button with caption “Provided By” from Enhanced In-Line Integration sites

In Wikipedia, for example, we can see the Nomad button with the caption “Provided By”. This is misleading as the Library is not subscribed to Wikipedia.

We want to be able to choose to remove the Nomad button with the caption “Provided By” for Enhanced In-Line Integration platforms/sites listed Here.
