How To Find Your Primo Link Resolver Base URL

Please utilize the "new" (2018) format for compatibility with LibKey Link. This format follows the following syntax:

https://<Primo_domain>/openurl/<Alma_institution_code>/<view_code>?

Primo VE/NDE

Migrating to Primo NDE?

If your institution is moving from Primo VE to Primo NDE, your OpenURL base URL structure remains the same. However, the view code in the base URL will typically change to your new NDE view.

Once your NDE view has been created, let Third Iron Support know the new base URL and we'll update your LibKey/BrowZine OpenURL fallback configuration.

Resolve by DOI/PMID

Primo does not resolve by DOI or PMID (for PubMed) by default. These parameters are part of the Alma resolver augmentation function and must be configured separately as enhancements.
